*Most surveillance investigations will begin within 48-hours of assignment, and our office will provide case updates as requested. A detailed investigative report and surveillance video, if applicable, will be provided at the completion of every Proper investigation.
*Proper does not conduct plaintiff investigations to avoid conflicts of interest.
*Investigation & Surveillance rates are all-inclusive. No travel or mileage fees inside the state of Florida.
