LUIS LINARES - FOUNDER & AGENCY MANAGER
Mr. Linares is a veteran Investigator, career Protection Professional, and Defensive Tactics Instructor, with over 20 years of Industry and Law Enforcement experience, with specialties in Covert Surveillance, Complex investigations, Physical Security, and Defensive Tactics.
As Agency Manager, Mr. Linares brings a wealth of knowledge, field experience, and integrity to his team.
Mr. Linares began his career in 1997 and has successfully managed multiple large-scale security and investigation agencies in Florida. He has trained countless numbers of investigators and security officers and conducted thousands of successful investigations, including Organized Crime and undercover assignments.
Additionally, Luis has led multiple celebrity Executive Protection details, including international assignments throughout the Caribbean, and provided anti-piracy and security training for major Cruise Lines.
Currently Mr. Linares oversees the daily operations of Proper Protection and Investigations and continues teaching as a Certified ASP Instructor, providing training to his team, police and other security personnel in the effective use of defensive weapons, tools, and restraints.
Dahlia "Daly" Linares - Founder & CEO
Daly Linares is a licensed Private Investigator with over 10 years of investigative experience and conducts Missing/Endangered Persons, Social Media, and Deep Research Investigations.
Mrs. Linares began her career as an intern conducting background checks, Social Media investigations, and managing data administration at other investigative firms, before receiving her Florida Private Investigator License and co-founding Proper Protection and Investigations.
Since embarking on her new career, Mrs. Linares has found a talent for Firearms Marksmanship and regularly participates in Security Training and shooting sports. She is "G" licensed and authorized by the state of Florida to carry a firearm as a Licensed Private Investigator and Agency Manager.
Mrs. Linares is a passionate advocate for Human Rights and Animal Rights and conducts multiple investigations each year to further the protection of the defenseless.
Additionally, Daly was responsible for organizing and executing a Humanitarian Assistance Plan after Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico. Her efforts enabled the structured collection and delivery of multiple tons of food and medical supplies from Miami to many families in need on the island.
She is currently responsible for Agency Administration, Client Relations, OSINT, and Sensitive Matter Investigations.
